Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12/11/2025

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with the Yes ⇌ No waitlist and landing website. We designed this for a mobile-first experience and keep data collection minimal. This page takes inspiration from established providers’ public materials for structure and clarity (see references in the footer of this page), but it is tailored to our product.

Information we collect

How we use information

Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies and local storage to remember successful waitlist registration and improve UX. You can clear these in your browser settings.

Third-party providers

We use service providers for infrastructure and communications, such as Firebase (authentication, Firestore) and Resend (email delivery). These processors handle data on our behalf in accordance with our instructions.

Data retention

We retain waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or we finish onboarding, and verification codes only for their validity window. Logs may be retained for a reasonable period for security and operations.

Your choices

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of data we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13 (or higher age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with an updated “Last updated” date.
